I am Officially Old

How do I know this, you ask? Well, I am home sick. And have been watching episodes of Kate and Ally. And then started a Danielle Steele movie on the Hallmark channel (dear god). And worst of all...am now so old that I find middle-aged John Ritter (yes, Jack from Three's Company) oddly attractive. I have hit rock bottom. Or have I?

Oy vey.

Allison: soooo sorry you aren't well. Hopefully it isn't too bad. How old are you? I'm 38 and sometimes I feel like I'm still 24 and then I look in the mirror...People always tell me they think I'm younger than I am but I tell them it's just because I act so juvenile ;) Seriously, I'm with you on the "old" thing. My husband always use to say that his young college students made him feel ancient.

I'm 34 (and officially have decided to NOT turn 35 yet - though my birthday's not far away). My husband is ten years older. We both feel ancient. Or juvenile. Depending on the day. ;)

I still feel like a sixteen year old inside. It's that first look in the mirror in the morning that is a slap in the face! I wish I was still 34! Enjoy your young years Allison, 52 creeps up on you ever so quickly!

Ahhh... I Hope you feel better soon. I first read that to read "homesick" as in feeling sick for your hometown and family. Upon re-reading it I see that you said Home "Sick" as in ill...(((hugs))) GET WELL SOON!
